Charles Aroneck founded Amelia Island Resort Rentals,Inc. WWW.Amelia.com in 1991 after being in the Resort Rental business for 10 years, in South Carolina, where he is still a Registered Real Estate Broker in Hilton Head Island S.C., He worked in Myrtle Beach, Georgetown, and Hilton Head Island, SC. Coming to Amelia Island to Join Stokes-O’Steen Realty and Development Group selling The Residence and Summer Beach Resort, Than joining a local firm and than starting Amelia Island Resort Rentals, Inc. in a 1 room office. The Company has grown to manage properties in all locations of Amelia Island. Charles also is a Broker / Owner of Realty Achiever’s Inc. selling all of Amelia Island, and is the past president of the Nassau County Multiple Listing Service, a life time member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club and member of The Amelia Island-Nassua County Association of Realtors®.
Brett Aroneck is the Licensed Real Estate Broker for Realty Achievers, Inc. ( www.brettaroneck.com ) and he is also a multi-million dollar sales producer. He has been a part of Amelia Island Resort Rentals, Inc. since the business was started in 1991 . Brett specializes in the sale and management of resort homes and condominiums of the three premier resorts of Amelia Island. In addition to obtaining the GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute®) designation, Brett also holds the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation that is awarded after extensive education requirements from the National Association of Realtors®.During his ongoing tenure with the Amelia Island-Nassua County Association of Realtors,® Brett has been and still is a member and chair of numerous committees that include the Grievanceand the Professional Standards Committees. His level of professionalism is unsurpassed and is always being improved upon.
Linda Moore is the office manager, has been in the resort rental business for 10 years and brings to the table dedication, customer service and strives to help the vacationer coming to Amelia Island. If it’s the first time to Amelia or the 20th time, Linda will make sure you will be taking home memory's that last a lifetime and not a nightmare.
Patsy Windham has recently joined Brett and Charles Aroneck at Realty Achievers, Inc... Patsy lives on Amelia Island and enjoys sharing this paradise with others. She brings with her more that thirty years of experience in the real estate industry. . She specializes in homes, condominiums, vacation and investment property and commercial real estate on Amelia Island, Fernandina Beach and Yulee.. She is licensed in both Georgia and Florida and has been voted agent of the year as well as being a top producer, multi-million dollar producer. Patsy also serves as the coordinator for Amelia Island-Nassau County Association of Realtors ® open house forum.
