The island was rated by Money Magazine as "One of America's best 25 Golf Resort Values," There are more than fifty four (54) holes of championship play; all of which traverse over rolling contours laid out parrallel to the Atlantic Ocean or Intercoastal saltmarshes. If golf is not your game, come enjoy tennis where the greats play .

 

Enjoy long walks or horseback riding with Sea Horse Stables on the unspoiled and deserted beaches of Amelia State Park. Guest can also go offshore with local charter boat captians (See Fishing) and catch "the big one." Enjoy bicycling, jogging, or just solitary walks along miles of nature trails that wind through the native live oaks forest.

The Dunes Club is located on the south end of The Amelia Island Plantation® , and consist of Turtle Dunes, Sea Dunes, and Dunes Club Villas.

The Dunes Club villa units are constructed behind majestic primary dunes, rising from a forest of live oaks, magnolias and palmetto palms. The wide dunes border the broad white sandy beach and serve as a frontage area for the villas and for the ocean front golf course fairway. The rolling green fairway and lawn have accented landscaping that showcase the native palms, flowering trees and shrubs.

Each villa has a direct view of the ocean with a balcony on the seaside. Many villas and all penthouses have views looking west toward the sunset over the Intercoastal Waterway. The townhouse and penthouse unit roof terraces provide supreme Dunes Club views.

All villas are tile floors in the entry and the wet bath areas.. Each unit contains a washer and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, range with self cleaning oven. Air conditioning and heating are individually controlled. Some have highspeed internet connections.

We honor the "Secret Season Rates" thru the TDC. Stay 2 nights and receive the 3rd free at most of our rental properties(September thru February).

Rates do not include Amenity Fees paid to The Amelia Island Plantation ® for non-public club events; rates do not include additional fees such as state & county taxes, reservation fees and cleaning fees.
