Royal Amelia Golf Club is located just south of The Fernandina Beach Airport and is a par 72 course which plays to a yardage of 6,823 from the back tee's. It was designed by Tom Jackson. Jackson incorporated the area's natural flora into the design of Royal Amelia, as the course contains many live oaks, pines, palmettos and wax myrtles. For more information call 1-904-491-8500
The Fernandina Beach Municipal Golf Course is regarded as one of the finest golf courses in the southeast. Located a block and a half from the beach, this course offers 27 holes of varying design and difficulty. The North nine is fairly short and wide open, with not much water and small greens. The West nine is very long and wide open; it is perfectly suited for the longer player. The Golf Club of Amelia, is an 18 hole course designed by Mark McCumber and Gene Littler. Open to member and resorts guest, this course offers wide rolling fairways and undulating greens. The front nine is more open, with marshes lining several holes. The back nine is tighter, with smaller landing areas and lakes for water hazards. For information call 904-277-8015

Amelia Links has 27 holes designed by Pete Dye. The Oceanside nine is bordered by sand dunes, sea oats and the Atlantic Ocean.
The Oyster Bay and Oak marsh nines, both feature marsh- line fairways amid moss-covered oaks. Call 904-277-5907.
Long Point features 18 holes designed by Tom Fazio. It is a very challenging course, mainly due to the vast expanse of marsh and the natural elevation of up to 30 feet. The layout was challenging enough to host a U.S. Open Qualifying Tournament. Call 904-277-5908.
